After installing Smarters, use the connection details from your order to bring the subscription into the app. Keep the original message available so you can compare the address and account fields before signing in.
Check which version you installed
The downloads at smarterspro.com distinguish phones, computers and television platforms. Choose the route for your equipment and verify the publisher. For an LG television, follow our IBO Player Pro instructions rather than assuming that a Smarters store listing is available.
Complete the account fields
- Open the player and choose the login method matching your subscription information.
- Place the full server or playlist address in its designated field.
- Add the other requested details, comparing each one with your order message.
- Start the connection and allow the list to finish loading.
- Check that a program plays before repeating the setup on another device.
Using the screens you ordered
For a one-screen subscription, stop the active stream before watching on another television or phone. Installing the app in several places does not add concurrent streams. A paid Smarters feature is also separate from the screen count on your order.
When you need help with a message
Send the device model, app name and wording displayed on screen. Let us know whether you can already see the list. These details identify where to continue without exposing your password or full access link in a screenshot.
